We aim to provide a fast and efficient inspection and report on the property you are intending to purchase or lease. If work is urgent it will be dealt with immediately. The surveyor will be pleased to meet you after his inspection. However if this is inconvenient he will contact you as soon as possible afterwards so that a verbal report can be given.
If you are considering extensive alterations to the building we recommend you let us know before the inspection so that these matters can be taken into account. There is no extra charge for this service.
